TUI Holiday Store

Outstanding service received from team members Shaun, Sarah & Luke. I initially booked with Shaun 6months ago who carefully helped me to plan a holiday for my daughters birthday. I received a email to inform me the hotel we planned to stay at would be under refurbishment during our stay. Having called the store to explore my options Sarah & Luke went above & beyond to resolve the matter. Head office was initially non helpful & was quite happy to just have me cancel my holiday after 6months of planning. However the excellent customer service from the team resulted in the matter being resolved & TUI retaining a loyal standing customer. This team deserves recognition for their customer care. Five star service

Absolutely unbelievable customer service. Staff couldn't do enough for us. They explained everything to do with our trip clearly and went over every detail with us while answering any questions we had. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend to any holiday bookers. Our experience had been fantastic. We dealt with Katy Bush who not only listened to all our groups requests, she found us a fab holiday and took all the hassle away from searching deals online. A great experience from start to finish and I’d definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service and a very welcoming store, will definitely return to book another holiday :) You could tell that everyone took pride in their jobs but i want to give a special mention to Cathy. my journey at this store started by a very friendly welcome from Cathy which then she helped me to book a last minute holiday to Turkey. Cathy was very enthusiastic when recommending destinations. She even shared some of her own personal memories which only ensured our booking. Cathy had a lot of knowledge about different places in Turkey which helped us pick the perfect place for our first holiday together. Cathy....... We will be coming back to order and collect our lira and have recommended TUI to our family and friends due to lovely customer service and a friendly environment.

Booked a last minute trip today with Cathy from the Moor branch in Sheffield and she was incredible. Talk about finding a needle in a haystack. A very last minute decision with lots of needs didn’t stop Cathy from delivering fantastic service and getting me exactly what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and she made the booking experience the most straightforward and easiest I have had in a very long time. I will definitely be back.
