I recently had the pleasure of working with Arborists Tree Care, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were hired to help us with cutting back branches and trees around our business which is located in a conservation area, and they went above and beyond to ensure the process was handled professionally and efficiently. One of the things that impressed me the most was the way they worked with the council and tree officers to obtain the necessary permissions to carry out the work. This was not an easy task, but they handled it with ease, and the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The team at Arborists Tree Care were incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and frendly, and they took great care in ensuring that the trees and surrounding areas were treated with the utmost respect. They were also very respectful of our business and the impact that the work might have on our customers, and they worked hard to ensure that the disruption was kept to a minimum. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Arborists Tree Care. They were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of tree care services. I hired this company to remove a dead tree and grind the stump of another one. They did a really good job. They removed all the dead wood etc and left my garden tidy. I got quotes from a couple of other companies and Arborist Tree Care were also the most reasonable. The one complaint I have is that communications with the company were really bad. It took up to a week to reply to emails I sent them and phone calls I made to them. This happened repeatedly. A promised email to confirm when the work would happen never arrived. The person who came to my house initially to assess the work that needed to be done turned up several hours late without warning. I even had to chase them repeatedly for an invoice so that I could pay them.

Andy and the team were excellent when a tree fell on our house and car. They were responsive, tidy, efficient and all at a sensible price. Thank you!

Another great job completed. I appreciate the love these guys have for trees - you might think that all they do is fell them - but Andy Harvey has always given great advice on how to preserve them and create an optimal environment to help them thrive. They have a healthy balance of preserving where possible but also making way for the next generation of trees. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant . They arrived bang on time and worked hard with minimal fuss all day . The job took the exact time they said it would and all the clippings were taken away . Very reasonable price too for a very professional job
