Ainsworth upholstery

Wouldn't use any other company for upholstery work now, happened to find ainsworth upholstery online and have used them for a couple of projects that needed sorting in my pub, genuinely can't fault a thing, reliable service, straight forward communication and very good at what he does, what more can you ask for!

So me and my wife came up with a design for a seating and storage solution for our kitchen diner. we went to several companies with the design and it was either prohibitively expensive or was simply beyond their capabilities. at this point purely by chance we stumbled across kyle and ainsworth upholstery. from the very first contact kyle was spot on, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. he came to site with paul (the joiner) and from the outset it was clear these guys got the brief, understood exactly what was needed and gave fantastic input that helped us out immensely. after committing to the project kyle was fantastic at communicating with us, kept to his schedule and was very responsive to questions. fitting was on schedule as promised and the sheer quality and attention to detail on this project is without doubt the best experience i’ve ever had with a contractor. they cared as much as i did which is something you rarely experience these days. the project looks better than i ever imagined, the quality of carpentry, upholstery and finish is amongst the best i’ve ever seen. i’m now looking for more projects for ainsworth upholstery so impressed i am! i’d recommend this company in a heartbeat, true quality and customer service on a level that you rarely see these days.

After looking at several other companies we decided to go with kyle at ainsworth. his helpful attitude and willingness to devote time to help in our choice was first class. we were very happy with his quote and the finished article (6 dining chairs) was excellent. would recommend kyle to all friends and family.

Kyle is extremely helpful, friendly and so easy to chat to. he talked through what could be done clearly and informatively about getting our 3 & 2 sofas reupholstered. the job got done when he said it would be done. i can't thank him enough and definitely will be using his services in the near future for my kitchen chairs.
