Vets Now Sheffield

They saved our rabbit riley from a bout of gut stasis. the team were professional and took great care of our bonded pair of house bunnies over several nights while one of them was treated. it isn't cheap but they are quite knowledgeable about rabbits and took the time to carefully explain everything to us. our bunnies are now back home safe and healthy thanks to them!

Gerrard the vets has save my cats life and the team that was with him. he has treat her with respect and as i suffer with mental health he has kepted me up to date everyday. the only day i had a problem was saturday night with the vet that was on call she treated me with no respect at all. she told me that to have my cat to sleep because she has brain damage. and i told her that wasn't going to happen. she then said she would put my cat to sleep without my permission. this stressed me out even more. i'm glad that i fort her all the way as gérard has told me she hasn't got any brain damage at all. so the vet that told me she had put me through all the stress for nothing

I’ve rated it 3/5 because i don’t want to be critical as my dog is fine, but £423 for a check up, temp check and a blood test that i’m dubious even happened feels like a lot of money. don’t get me wrong i was informed on the first call the minimum cost would be around £250 before anything else was added…. thankfully my dog was fine and ultimately i went for peace of mind. fingers crossed my insurance covers this.

Phoned ahead and explained the situation, two members of staff came out to the car on arrival they helped carry ozzy into the vets (large german shepherd - unable to walk) everything was done what needed to be, 13 years is a good age for a shepherd but forever wouldn't be long enough, everything was excellent and very much appreciated, kind polite and friendly, at such a heartbreaking time it was nice to be able to get the emergency appointment and also take that small piece of personal time too so things didn't feel rushed. everything was taken care of. can't fault the service. advice about cremation was explained and at a time like this done with sensitivity, ozzy is back home now where he belongs.
