An absolutely amazing gym! aside from the fantastic classes, the support from andy, gemma and their team of pt’s is second to none

I go to the juicy fitness classes which are held here on a tuesday 6am and sunday 5pm. great set up! lots of weights/machines/bags etc. clean toilets, refreshments to buy etc. check them out!

Great wee gym. stopped in here for a bit of training when working away from home. got some good pad work and sparring in with the lads
