Our front door lock jammed and the door wouldn't open. john came out as arranged. he arrived on time and replaced the lock. very happy and would recommend
I highly recommend john , he is such a reliable person. he came to fix my front door within half an hour after we called him . he was very professional and very informative about how to get extra keys and maintain the lock in good condition.
John was brilliant - quick to reply to my query, explained all the options and limitations clearly, and did a great job installing several new locks. price was very reasonable considering the amount of work required and the quality of equipment. i would highly recommend him.
