I have never been to a more rude place in my life. The staff were so abrasive and didn’t make eye contact when speaking to you. I waited over 1 and a half hours to be seen after being told it would be 20 minute wait. My nails were destroyed …
Came out with misshaped nails after asking multiple times for them to rectify the problem. Some of the staff and particularly the owner are very rude. Staff also talk about customers within the shop which is extremely unprofessional.
