I cannot fault this branch and that at Killingworth for their most prompt and friendly service. I rather panicked about an eye problem and Debbie at Pickards fixed an appointment the same day for an eye test at Killingworth. I was reassured and dispensed new glasses which were ready for collection the following day. Thank you.
