Giraffe Residential took over the management of our 3 properties at the beginning of the year. Prior to this we had been very unhappy with the previous agent who didn’t look after our properties as we would have wished. There were a lot of difficult maintenance issues to resolve. When Giraffe Residential took over they quickly found solutions to all of the problems we had. Their approach has always been professional, and responsive. Their knowledge of property management and maintenance is excellent. They kept us regularly informed as the maintenance issues were being resolved. Due to their hard work and diligence we will soon have our rental properties back on an even keel. Our thanks go to the whole team .
