Lovely gym with great knowledgeable staff, set in quiet surroundings, membership is very affordable with a variety of equipment & members suitable for levels all fitness.

A nice little quiet gym. Friendly staff, all the equipment you could need. Gym needs updating a little, but for the price and the fact it’s never busy and you can always get on the equipment it’s a 5/5!

As a first time gym user, very happy with induction, done professionally and in very friendly manner. Zumba lessons are additional exercises, carefully design with lovely mix of music. Thank you Keely !!!
