The manageress here called clare, could not have been more helpful when i phoned for admissions advice regarding a family member. very professional with the information she forwarded. very kind and i could tell by her gentle manor that she really cared and wanted to accommodate my families needs. thank you clare.
Mum was there for 2 weeks care was great, harri the manager was great put her in a lovely room with a lovely view everything you needed in a room. great staff did so much for her in her last few days even took her shopping! mum got all sorts of goodies for the residents enjoyed her days there!
