Sue looks after both our kitties whenever we are away and does a fab job. we have one very shy one who never warms to anyone but sue has been patient with her and even gets greeted by her occasionally! the daily pics of them are really reassuring and it's great value for money too.
Louise is really reliable and my dog bertie adores her. she really loves the dogs and cares for them. matt and claire have been really accommodating when my plans have changed i can't recommend them highly enough.
