Great facilities, staff and quiet. Ideal place as a gym if you like less of the macho scenario to keep healthy. Staff are super helpful and generally a nice atmosphere to be in.

Fantastic gym. Extremely well run by the manager and her team. Nice mix of people. Mainly mature people 35/40 + during the mornings when I attend. Great parking and facilities in the hotel too.

As original former member, left in protest when studio closed and classes ended and club/hotel standards dropped. Recent visit, met new G.M and club manager and definitely improved under their management. Changing rooms still need major upgrade.
