Great facilities, staff and quiet. ideal place as a gym if you like less of the macho scenario to keep healthy. staff are super helpful and generally a nice atmosphere to be in.
Fantastic gym. extremely well run by the manager and her team. nice mix of people. mainly mature people 35/40 + during the mornings when i attend. great parking and facilities in the hotel too.
As original former member, left in protest when studio closed and classes ended and club/hotel standards dropped. recent visit, met new g.m and club manager and definitely improved under their management. changing rooms still need major upgrade.
