Great gym and a wide variety of equipment. Sefina has realy helped me improve with my confidence.

I have recently been coning to the gym at Club Vitalize. Sefina is a star member of staff as she has been incredible with helping me with my fitness journey both physically and mentally. Her classes are absolutely amazing and they have helped exceptionally. Sefina keep being brilliant.
