Excellent customer service from luke on several occasions. he has gone above and beyond to explain different products and help us make the right choices. we weren’t the easiest customers and needed lots of advice with tiles and underfloor heating. i would highly recommend.
Excellent service today. very quick and efficient. i ordered a couple of days ago, received a call this morning (on the day they said they’ll be in), just turned up and the guys at the unit were quick and so helpful loaded the car. highly recommended
