Specsavers Opticians - Solihull

My son had an eye test downstairs and they were very efficient and friendly. We then went upstairs to choose some new glasses and were left waiting for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged. When someone did come over they weren't helpful at all and they didn't seem interested in providing a good service.

When I went to this store to get my glasses repaired, I was really nervous since I thought they couldn't be fixed. Ruby was a wonderful and charming woman I met. She adjusted my spectacles and was very competent in her treatment. I'm overjoyed with her! Ruby, thank you very much!

We were very impressed with all the staff but particularly by Ruby who dealt with our enquiry. She is very professional and knowledgeable and she made us feel confident and happy with the glasses quote she gave to us. She took the time to answer any questions we had and her customer service is outstanding.
