Friendly and helpful staff. The owner in particular is extremely welcoming whenever he has seen me in the shop. Food is delicious, and the occasional wait ensures that the food is actually being cooked there and then. Not sat in the hotplate displays all day and night. My favourite of 4 extremely local fish and chip shops

Excellent fresh cooked fish and chips. Good service from the staff. Would recommend the haddock and also the chicken meat and chips.

I had a tray of chicken kebab meat, chips and salad tonight. I have to say that it was the best chicken kebab meat that I have ever had. It was tasty, tender and not at all dry, like some are. Their chips are lovely too and the portions are always good.
