I was “only looking” for a pair of trainers. both lady assistants were very friendly and helpful. they were eager for me to actually buy the ones i liked but in a very friendly and “jokey” way. i am at home now about to phon3 to ask them to reserve them for me. a good experience which makes on3 feel welcome and important. excellent!
