Ian was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and got me back up and running, even though it was not a straightforward matter. cost was fair and reasonable too. would definitely use them as my forst port of call every time!

I would highly recommend ian, he is very friendly and knowledgeable and his prices are really fair. my son has taken his laptop to him twice with different problems and he sorted it out both times. he will soon be buying a new laptop and ian is the first person we will go to for advice.
