Been doing the Blitz every other month to maintain my loss The menu has been improved and sending a photo every meal helps you keep a track of your intake and makes you think about making healthy choices even when you are out For dinner or lunch.

After turning 50 last year , I have went back and forth (mainly back ) with the idea of getting a P/T the idea was as daunting as entering as entering a record shop as a teenager . I must say the experience and learning thus far has been incredible . Like most things in life ( now) I wish I had done it sooner .
