A surprisingly large building with a fully equipped gym, swimming pool with sauna and steam room and a large number of multi-purpose rooms that seem to cater for many different uses - dance, yoga, tai chi, exercise classes for the older generation.... many different options on offer.
I only used the cafe so can't comment on their leisure facilities. the cafe is small but the food and service was very good. the staff were most helpful, courteous and friendly. lots of establishments could learn from a visit here. …
