Clean, friendly and welcoming staff. the only downside is the single track road which opens from a main road. an accident waiting to happen as it's also the entrance to the school.
Been at a few different fitness classes recently, all the instructors are great but must give a special mention for the tireless and enthusiastic support ian thompson gives to all members of his classes. he never tires of tweaking technique and generally helping everyone get the best from their session
