We really enjoyed our first visit to soul suites. a very relaxing atmosphere. the infrared sauna was great. it was my first time doing cold water therapy. zack put me at ease by explaining the process in detail before i took the plunge. an amazing experience and we will be back soon.
Amazing place. i absolutely love this facility and try to go every week for an infrared sauna and ice bath. the health benefits are amazing and the staff are so helpful and encouraging. a must do for everyone
