We really enjoyed our first visit to Soul Suites. A very relaxing atmosphere. The infrared sauna was great. It was my first time doing cold water therapy. Zack put me at ease by explaining the process in detail before I took the plunge. An amazing experience and we will be back soon.

Amazing place. I absolutely love this facility and try to go every week for an infrared sauna and ice bath. The health benefits are amazing and the staff are so helpful and encouraging. A must do for everyone
