Lovely people, lots of space. My dog hated going at the beginning but all the staff were incredibly patient with her and now she absolutely loves it. The daily reports and photos are a nice touch. It's good to see what she has been up to whilst I've been at work.

Charlie loves it at Paws n Klaws - he is so excited when he arrives and doesn't want to leave. The staff are fantastic.
