Thorough, professional and friendly. Switched to Eyetech as I wasn’t getting the care I needed at another independent firm. New glasses are excellent. Recommend this optician if you have a complex prescription or other nuanced needs. Definitely not a one size fits all approach.

My eye test was a pleasant experience and I felt that Kirsty was extremely thorough and dedicated. Rebecca was brilliant at helping me choose a pair of glasses that made me feel confident and unique as well as staying within my budget. Highly recommend.
