Slow to replie to phone calls and agreed to call back didn't do this and had to be chased. All sorted in the end always take care of the animals when we take them. Communication could be better.

All the vets seem very pleasant and helpful, the nurses likewise. Separate waiting area for cats/dogs works well. A nice car park at Wincanton rounds off a satisfying experience.
