Had problems with desktop computer crashing/screen freeeze, so they found the fault and replaced two very worn disk drives with a new windows 11 install. Very pleased with service, they were busy however communication was top notch explaining what they had done - quite competitively priced, would higly recommend! Thanks.

They are very professional. I've used them a few times. This time my phone fell and the screen shattered. The insurance company wanted me to wipe everything off before sending and was going to take up to 10days to return. Fair Tech replaced the screen in an hour and charged very moderately as well. Will continue to use them.
