My daughter went to a children's holiday class here and loved it so much that we went back for another one. Very reasonable price, great fun, great instructors, lovely people.

Without doubt the most enjoyable but toughest training I had since my forces days. Very well structured and coaches and owner Tiff very knowledgeable. Nice variation of exercises so you don't become stale at any point. First time I also felt part of a team in terms of fitness for long time.
