Having worked with rhys in a previous life, it was no surprise to me the attention to detail that has gone into powerhouse 2.0. the new equipment is fantastic, the layout and ambience, unrivalled and the people, as always, friendly and create a real welcoming vibe! wouldn’t train anywhere else!

Levelled up in every way from the old gym. equipment for every muscle group in abundance. spacious, friendly staff, quality atmosphere to get in the mood for serious work. banging tunes. this really is a gift to the community. protect the local businesses at all costs.
