Had my ultimate steam facial with Rose yesterday and I liked the steam and the gel part. Unfortunately I didn’t like the extraction part with the blackheads as it was so painful and I couldn’t stop flinching. I understand that it was part of the treatment but next time please don’t do the blackhead removal. However my face was nice and clean.

It's very convenient being in the Centre of Ocean City and reasonably priced. The only downside are the cubicles are not sound proofed so you can hear conversations in other cubicles which may not be relaxing if your having face and body treatments. The benches are heated which is nice.

Highly recommend this salon for waxing. I’ve had two hollywoods here and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had courtney and she made me feel very comfortable and she’s lovely to chat too and very gentle. Highly suggest this place if you’re looking to get a wax.

I went there for an emergency wax this afternoon, it was a very pretty venue and the staff were super accommodating. However, after I'd left, I noticed that they had left some small patches of hair and wax residue on my legs. However, the service is fairly cheap and the patches are barely noticeable unless you were staring intently! This place worked for me and my standards but it may not be for everyone. All in all, good and friendly service but it may not be for everyone!

We had a massage. We asked for med to firm pressure. It was not that. It was lite brushing. The studio was clean, well maintained. Well furnished. The technicians were polite and nice. They do more esthetician type things. Not massage.
