1st visit since change of ownership. took rear wheel in due to bearing issues at 10:30am on sunday, not expecting to get it back until tuesday after bh at best. very helpful staff member (fletcher) spoke to mechanic & advised they'd take a look same day. got text message less than 2 hours later - repair done. reasonable cost & i get to ride again tomorrow. 🙂

Excellent service. found the bike i wanted on their website then found the same bike elsewhere online at a cheaper price, discussed this with the sales team & they stood by their price match guarantee and matched it which was brilliant. paid for the bike and it was pdi'd & ready in 3 days to ride home. i highly reccomend 99 bikes in totton for your next bike purchase, great location, very knowledgeable team & great prices. my experience with 99 bikes has been very pleasent & as arnie said "i'll be back" 😃

Picked up my cycle to work bike from 99 bikes. super helpful from start to finish. great help with choosing the bike to start with, then a test ride, selecting spares, a test ride and collecting it when ready. many thanks byron, fletcher, and shaun who all made the process super straightforward. loving the new bike!

Bought a scott addict 20 on cycle to work scheme on line. so required the usual admin to get bike ordered, this was a seamless experience with phil at southampton. bike was shipped out in no time & was exactly as it should be. however, after 20 miles front wheel developed a clicking noise. contacted phil who was very helpful, suggested i take the wheel to local scott dealer to get it looked at. it couldn't be fixed & required replacement. phil opened a ticket with scott, 2 days later i had a replacement wheel set. excellent service, communication with 99 bikes was very responsive, nothing was too much trouble. very impressed, 99 bikes at southampton & phil are highly recommended.
