I went here to get a spoke fixed on my bike wheel, he managed to get it done same day, at a great price and to a great standard. he was very polite, clear and honest on the phone and in person. i will certainly go back if i have any other issues with my bike that i cannot fix myself.

Jacob thank you... spent a good few hours looking for some unusual 26x1.0 tubes for my 1995 team marin build... halfords, 99 bike, giant all had no stock so i started to search the smaller locals... jazzybazaar was confident he had some but after checking he said no.... 10mins later i received a text saying he had found some and i popped down to his aladens cave and they they were on his counter waiting for me... not only was i chuffed he was also pleased to get these rare unsellable tubes off his self... win win... support your local shop they are a dying trade...🤗💯💢

Brilliant service. i'm on my e-bike all the time and i had so many things that needed to be serviced. when i collected my bike i was very happy to see it so nice and shiny, everything was fixed at the highest quallity. thank you!

1000/10, absolutely amazing service from jazzybazaar - cannot beat the kindness. i purchased a bike from jazzybazaar last saturday after finding them on gumtree. the owner is so lovely and very patient as he let me test a few bikes before making a decision on which one i wanted to take home. i purchased the one i liked the most and took it for a test drive in the new forest and on the road over the weekend. unfortunately, the bike chain was jammed into the bike and the brakes had given up so it was not usable. the owner told me to bring it in today and that he would fix it. there is a 1 month free warranty on it and as soon as i bought the bike to him he could see the issues and started working on it straight away. he was absolutely brilliant and fitted brand new brakes, a chain and another attachment on the bike and finished within 25 mins. i thought it may be left overnight to give him more time to work on the problems, but he did it there and then! as he added the new parts and worked on it for a good while, in my mind i thought it would be a valid reason to charge me for this service - if this was the case i was very happy to pay. but, once he finished mending the bike, he sent me on my way and said that if there were anymore issues with the bike just let him know. i was left shocked and impressed at how knowledgable and generous he was. i could just tell that he really values customer service and i couldn't recommend them more, such a great guy!
