Southampton Accident Repair

Had our car repaired here after someone drove into the back of us. the insurance company were slow but the repair centre were really good. made sure i knew what was happening and the car looked great after. would, and have recommended to friends.

Work was completed to a really high standard. i couldn’t pick any fault in what they did apart from a panel which was included on the estimate was not resprayed but it only has a minor scuff. work also took 3 days longer than planned and i don’t feel i was kept very well updated. other than that the service was good. booking was very easy and hassle free. would return in the future and recommend.

First class insurance repair... full bumper replaced on our nearly new ford ecosport.. southampton accident repair were recommended by the ford dealership where we purchased the car for the repairs. all done in less than a week,with a clean and tidy courtesy car supplied.. lois and holly were so helpful... thankyou very much.

My car got vandalised a couple of weeks ago and this is the repair centre i was allocated by my insurance. very pleased with all my experience. i was contacted in less than 24hr to arrange my car pickup and delivery of the courtesy car. they have been contacting me regularly with all the updates and estimated completion dates , wich was perfect for me to be able to organise myself. very happy with not only the repair, the car looks like new! but also with the staff i've come across. big shout-out to charlie and the reception lady (sorry i didn't manage to get her name). both very professionals on the work they do and very nice, they happily answered all my questions and went through all the steps of all the process. overall a 11/10 experience. many thanks!
