I have been using E & J Jarvis for over 50 years and my wife and I have bought our last ten cars from them. All have given excellent service. All our cars have been serviced by them and it is great to have such friendly and prompt attention from the staff. Have no hesitation in recommending them for servicing and car sales. You will not do better anywhere else.

I bought a lovely Ford Focus at a competitive price from E&J Jarvis. Chris and the team were great from start to finish. Whilst the car was still under warranty they dealt with a small battery issue quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Friendly team with a great personal customer service.

Service + MOT. Car was collected promptly, delivered at estimated time. Work done as agreed, no problems at all. The only member of staff I met was the driver returning the car, he was pleasant & courteous. An excellent business, thoroughly recommend.

I use E & J Jarvis for both mechanics services and buying my cars. I am delighted with the car they have just searched and sourced for me. Ian and Chris are incredibly knowledgable about the automotive industry and mechanics; they are straightforward, professional and honest, but most importantly they think long term, with my best interests at the heart of their advice. They want to ensure the car I purchased will hold it's value in the medium term. They want to be selling it when I get my next car in 3 to 4 years time, so they really believe in the quality of the car they have sold me. Much more cost effective than leasing, or, buying new and all backed up by their significant mechanics business. I can't speak highly enough of their service, I travel down from London to use them.
