I've used Simply Fix (formerly 'Fallen Apples') for a number of years. They have fixed numerous iPhones and laptops - always good value, always awesome service. Can't recommend them enough.

The past reviews convinced me to give them a go. I had an iWatch 1 which had bad fading on the screen. I knew this was a known issue with them but unfortunately the watch lay unused for several years so by the time the problem surfaced the official channels wouldn't touch it and just tried to sell me a new one. Simply fix gave me a price when I dropped it in but did warn me that if it was because of water damage (which I didn't think it was) it would cost more but they would keep me updated. I was rung a couple of days later to say it was ready and it was the original price quoted. The watch works beautifully and for a fraction of the cost of a new one. I will certainly use them again.

Went in for a charging port replacement for my iPhone but it turns out that there was a lot of fluff stuck in there stopping it from charging. The guy cleaned it and tested it and there was no need for replacing it! Very quick and friendly service, will definitely return.

My partners phone was no longer charging, and had switched itself off. We had brought a new one, but wanted to be able to access the data on the old phone. Charging port and screen replaced, and data transfer completed for us. Very pleased to find someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Learn from our mistake and read up on backing up WhatsApp before you change phones however!
