I have used Rocket Repairs for the first time to restore my beloved MacBook. They have provided an outstanding service with fast repair and replacement of battery, audio board, speakers and head jack. My laptop looks amazing and now works to its full potential. Brought in a ps5 that wouldn't turn on at all on Monday expecting it to be a few days before even getting looked at, before 12 the next day received a text saying my device is repaired and ready to pick up. Very pleased with the service told me what was wrong. Very friendly and professional guys. Highly Highly recommended if you have a product that needs repair!

Having worked here for 2 years I can honestly say the level and quality of the work is more than just the bare minimum. Each repair has a sense of pride and effort taken into it so that the customer gets the device back in perfect working condition. It never aways goes to plan and delays and mistakes happen. Rocket Repair manage to bring life back to a Macpro laptop that was only 3 years old. My husband used it for work quite a lot and one day it wouldn’t turn on. We took it to the Apple Store and they told us battery may need replacing, logic board and possibly the ports. But it would cost us £600 for the logic board, £275 for the battery and other labor work. Basically steering us to go buy a new computer. But he couldn’t tell us what the problem was unless he opens it up and agree to the hefty price. We found Rocket Repairs and they worked their magic. They found what the issue was fixed it and told us what the actual problem was with the laptop. Now our laptop is working like new and we are so thankful. My husbands PS5 wouldn't turn on after the thunder storm we had blew all our sockets.. He took it into Rocket repairs a couple of hrs later they phoned to say it was fixed. Amazing service thank you so much. Highly recommend them.
