I was dealt with very admirably by Tony on first phone contact. Not only was he very professional but he did not fluster etc when his computer froze 3 times essentially not allowing him to proceed. He fully explained your companies services and deals. He did not push any of the services just explained their benefits. We booked the repair for my duel fuel cooker. Considering this young man has been with your company for 2 weeks and it's his 2nd day in the phones he will be a definite asset to your team/company. Well done Tony!
