Needed a white knight dryer, ours had stopped supplying heat to cycle, took our old 1 in, they took it off me and had a reconditioned dryer off keith and marie, been working fine last 3 weeks, lovely couple, neil 👍

5* review for a 5* service! keith was able to assist me with a broken tumble dryer at a tenanted property. after discussing the issue on the phone and providing some fantastic advice it was deemed uneconomical to attempt a repair. on this basis keith was able to offer us a refurbished machine at a great price and even delivered and installed it that very day! cannot recommend k&m domestics enough. thank you for such a professional and easy business to deal with.

More than happy & impressed with the service received from keith & marie. friendly yet professional & knowledgeable. my washing machine broke beyond repair unexpectedly & i wasn't in a position to buy brand new at this point so had a look on gumtree to buy 1 secind hand. i spotted k&m domestics ads for a few decent sounding machines & decided to pop down to the shop to have a browse. received a friendly welcome & there was no pressure or hard sell. there was a good range of machines at a varied price for different budgets. it didn't take me long to decide on a machine to purchase there & then. i went to pay & was about to ask if keith would mind helping me get it into the car when marie asked if i would be in that afternoon for delivery!! i was pleasantly surprised as i wasn't expecting delivery or installation to be included in the purchase price. they took my address & gave me a rough time of arrival. when keith arrived, spot on time, he swiftly took my newly purchased machine into my kitchen & installed it for me no questions asked. he then also took away my old machine to save me the hassle. the machine i purchased was spotlessly clean & has been washing away quite happily all afternoon. it works perfectly, is as quiet as a new machine, no funny knocks or noises. i cannot praise this company enough, i will definitely use them again in the future if & when needed & i will also be recommending them to anyone needing a used appliance.
