Warner Goodman are OUTSTANDING! I have been using this firm for the past 8 years and I have been lucky enough to have both bought and sold a property using them. I have had a different solicitor each time but they are always responsive, honest and totally competent. Over the last year I am sure it has been a testing time for them with all the changes, pressures from the stamp duty holiday and the unpredictable nature of the current climate. Last year I thought I found our perfect house, had an offer accepted and waited for the moment when we would get the keys. I waited patiently understanding everything was taking longer due to the pandemic but I never expected the hold-up to be down to the total incompetence of the seller’s solicitors; slow response to emails, constant prompting needed from my solicitor and what seemed to be a lack of knowledge and pride in their job. Luckily for me I had Anna and Kiri looking after my side of things. Anna kept me informed throughout the purchase process of the problems encountered via regular emails/phone calls, listened to my concerns and provided me with all the legal advice I needed to make informed decisions. This house purchase proved what a difference having competent solicitors from Warner Goodman versus having totally incompetent solicitors on the seller’s side. It is unbelievable the amount of work Anna did on my behalf. Unfortunately, I decided to pull out given the seller’s solicitor showing no haste despite being 9 months into the purchase. Luckily, I went from total despair to elation when I managed to find a property through auction. I instructed Kiri at short notice (less than 24hours) to look over the legal pack for me. Kiri even offered to do this in after he usual work hours to ensure I felt informed enough to exchange on the house. In summary, I am not someone who usually writes reviews but Anna, Kiri and Warner Goodman have been amazing to work with, an absolute pleasure to deal with as a client and I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. I can only thank Anna and Kiri from the bottom of my heart for all they do for their clients, it is really appreciated.

Warner Goodman acted professionally and efficiently from start to finish in assisting us with our house purchase as first time buyers. We communicated mostly through email which was always swift and transparent. I would not hesitate in using Warner Goodman in the future and have since recommended two friends as well!
