Things are way different when you’re new to the country and it will be a big struggle to find a place until we meet a proper estate agent. It was a good experience with them at Southampton. Century21 seems to be our primary and first contact for tenant during property search. So it would be nice before dealing with the renting property, beforehand it’s nice to know the condition of the property so that tenant won’t face any problem during their tenancy. Post discussing with Jay, I understand there are few things beyond the control of agents. So I can’t blame for them.
