Century21 seems to be our primary and first contact for tenant during property search. so it would be nice before dealing with the renting property, beforehand it’s nice to know the condition of the property so that tenant won’t face any problem during their tenancy. post discussing with jay, i understand there are few things beyond the control of agents. so i can’t blame for them. but i really acknowledge that i had a very good experience with century21 and i appreciate your dedication in satisfying the customer expectations.
