Really happy with the work lee and his team did for me. i am so grateful at how much detail they went into and pushed a few things in my favour which was so helpful. they didn’t make me feel silly when i asked stupid questions and kept me in the loop. i know there were times that the estate agent told me that we had the answers but then speaking to lee a few days later it turned out that we actually hadn’t, that was frustrating because it gave me the impression lee wasn’t telling me things but actually he hadn’t got an update so wasn’t his fault at all. overall very happy and will recommend / use again :)
