Really good service from the Charters financial. Jack Dolphin and Russell Jones have been extremely helpful. They are very responsive and always there when you need them. They did a great job in hunting a good mortgage for me and explained everything, the process has been pain free thanks to these guys. If you are a first time / shared ownership buyer then definitely go for these guys. Thanks again and keep up the great work

Extremely pleased with the mortgage advise and service from Charters - highly recommend. Stephanie was my mortgage adviser for my first house purchase and took great care from start to finish. Speedy responses, great knowledge to assist with numerous queries - also a really friendly person, yet professional. I had tried to purchase a house last year with a different agency and mortgage broker, but it fell through due to the sellers complications, and naturally I compared the service on this separate purchase. I felt Charters were a lot more focused on getting success for both parties, seems there's an overall positive work ethic. Thank you all a million :-)

As a first-time buyer, we were unsure of where to start our Mortgage application process. Toby Adair, and Louis Renn were very approachable and professional with their work. They guided us on every step of the process and explained it thoroughly. Ultimately, despite the UK's current economic condition, our mortgage application got successful with a very reasonable interest rate. If you are in doubt choose them and you will not go wrong. However, somehow they put different solicitor’s address details on our mortgage application, which took 1-2 weeks for our solicitor to get the accepted mortgage offer from the bank. Consequently, it cost us an additional £400 in solicitor fees and a 2-week delay in our overall buying process.

Lee and Laura have both been wonderful throughout our mortgage process. Lee worked tirelessly for us and helped us understand all of our options. He was very knowledgeable, and we genuinely feel he wanted to help us find the best mortgage that suited our needs. Laura has kept us updated throughout the whole of our journey, her communication skills have been excellent and she is always fast to respond. Both Lee and Laura have been approachable, friendly and professional and we could not be happier with the service they have provided us with. We've now been offered a mortgage for our dream home and it would not have been possible without them. Massive thank you to you both! We would have no hesitation at recommending, or using them again

Jon was very good in explaining everything to me. As a first time buyer I was rather clueless but he made it so I could understand everything and he was more than happy answering all my questions. They did a great job in hunting for a good mortgage for me, even reassessing after the rates changed, rather than settling for what they had. They made everything super easy for me. Can’t fault them. If you are a first time or shared ownership buyer then definitely go for these guys. Much appreciated.
