I would like to say a huge thank you to Bob and Helen for making a very difficult time with arranging my mums final journey. The compassion and care you both showed not only to me but my mum was second to none. Although saying goodbye to my mum was extremely hard the service you provided from start to finish helped me a great deal which enabled me to concentrate on the most important thing and that was saying goodbye to the only true friend I ever had MY MUM 💔😢

I have now sadly used this service for both of my parents. Very recently after loosing my dear dad last month. Under the current restrictions and the awful pandamic I can not fault the excellent service my family and I experienced. Nothing was to much trouble. We kept making changes to how we wanted things to go. Bob was an excellent guide and helped me cope and plan with the restrictions in place. Matt and his team were brilliant the day before and on the day of my dad's funeral. My Nan, my family and I just wanted to say a tremendous thank you for everything you have done for my beloved Grandad. From the respectful collection from his home, to the helpful meeting we had with Bob, the excellent communication throughout, the wonderful job you did with embalming my Grandad to look so beautiful, to the seamless service ran by David on the day of his funeral, you made what could have been a very stressful and frightening time so much easier. Me and my family turned up at A H Rogers funeral directors in a bit of an emotional mess when we had been let down badly by another funeral directors who was supposed to be looking after my mother who had passed away a couple of weeks before.Bob answered the door to us, invited us in and very quickly helped us feel at ease. By the end of a meeting that he wasn’t expecting to have with us he had very promptly and professionally arranged everything for us. He was in contact with us the whole time in the build up to her funeral, always checking we were happy with everything, I will always be grateful for his help in such a difficult time. The funeral service went perfectly and Matt who ran the service for us was amazing at being there and letting us know everything we needed to know as we went along. I literally couldn’t fault a single thing at this funeral directors and I am so glad we used them to give our mum the beautiful send off she deserved . Thank you so much Bob and Matt .

I cannot fault the service my family received. Both my family and my late Father were treated with such care and compassion. We were so comforted by the care and thought we received. Sarah is exceptional, she helped make the traumatic experience of arranging a funeral for your loved one so much easier to bear and her guidance helped us to provide our dearest Dad with a deserving final farewell. The funeral directors who drove the hearse were so professional, courteous and compassionate. Even perfect personal touches such as wearing purple accents as a tribute for my Dad whose favourite colour was person. I cannot recommend the service I received highly enough. And my Mum was so impressed that she has insisted that in the future when we arrange her funeral that we use your services.
