Mathew at R C Paynes dealt with my Mum's funeral recently. He couldn't have been more helpful, understanding and kind. It made what is a dreadful time so much easier. He was always available for any queries, no matter how small. Thank you so much Mathew it was a beautiful service.

We have used this funeral directors twice this year, once in February for Mum's funeral, and then again in November for Dad's. On both occasions we were treated very kindly by both Sarah, and then Matthew. We were able to choose the music and a photo tribute, and both days were very well organised, and in the circumstances went very well. Thank you so much for the kindness and compassion you showed myself and my sister during these difficult times.

Kayla took all the stress out of organising my fathers funeral. Very professional, compassionate and trustworthy. She was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable in the process. On the day, Matt led the procession and again, showed true dignity and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending RC Payne.
