Furniture Village - Southampton

Victoria in the Southampton store was brilliant from the moment we stepped in the shop. She ensured we had all the information we needed without being overbearing. Offered us a cup of tea whilst we browsed. The wait time for our sofa was very good (9 weeks) compared with other retailers (22 weeks). Our sofa arrived in great condition and the two delivery guys were cheerful, efficient and friendly. Great experience!

Aleks at the Southampton branch was very attentive and informative whilst still giving us space and time to browse. We did not feel pressured to purchase anything and he was more than happy to check and recheck details and measurements for us. We are very happy with our sofa from Furniture Village and love that it will be delivered, assembled and then all rubbish removed for us! The 0% finance plan is also brilliant and makes payments a lot easier. Our only suggestion would be to invest in some technology to visualise the sofa inside a room as it can be a bit tricky inside the store. Overall we are really happy with our experience!

Had a great purchasing experience with Furniture Village - thank you to Bill specifically. We purchased quite a few items and he patiently walked around the store with us noting the product codes and processed our order even after store closing time. Everything arrived on the specified delivery date, care kits given, great communication and followup after purchase to be sure we are happy with everything. Would definitely purchase from them again.

After receiving fabulous service from Victoria at Furniture Village Southampton our new Sofa and Chair arrived in time and the delivery service was very efficient and quick. The lamp that we ordered separately was sent as soon as that was ready so we didn’t have to wait for the sofa. We were also inspired by Victorias interior design ideas too and so kept with our urban jungle theme. Final touches needed like curtains but very happy with the service both before and after the purchase Thank you 😊
