Did an enquiry online. Had a call back within a few hours. Jordan honestly was amazing. Booked us in for a tour of place. And it is stunning, they definitely invest money into the club unlike other gyms. Jordan was very chilled and calming. Nothing was to much bother, no peer pressure to join. He gave honest opinions on everything shown. And talked through each membership in detail. And gave very good advice on which package would be best suit for me and my partner. Jordan was definitely one of the reason we joined.

Been coming here for a fair while now, and 98% it's been fantastic. Using the facilities every day of the week in one form or another is definitely making it value for money! The staff have been wonderful and extremely helpful as and when it's been needed. Top notch first aiding as well when a certain someone did something stupid to themselves in tennis... Used other David Lloyds in other cities and truly appreciate how much bigger our gym floor is compared to many which could easily be taken for granted. My only 2 gripes are... 1) It would be fantastic if there was a water fountain near the non-members courts, as it's a pain in the backside if your on those courts and need to get some water. At least the other side has the water fountain by Blaze closer by. 2) Networking can be horrendous at times when you're in the lounge area and downstairs especially. I understand that this is partially down to how the building was erected in the first place, but it would be nice if the infrastructure could be improved for it in those areas especially.

We recently visited , David Lloyd in Southampton, on a busy Sunday and I must say that Liv, the receptionist, went above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience. Despite the sales team being occupied, Liv graciously stepped in and gave us an incredible tour of the club. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and genuine passion for the facility was second to none. Liv's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put us at ease. She took the time to understand our interests, engaged in friendly conversations, and was very funny during our tour. Her passion, knowledge, and genuine care for guests make her an invaluable asset to the club. Liv made us feel confident in choosing David Lloyd as our fitness destination.

I did the 14 day trial and I absolutely enjoyed my time at David Lloyd. I loved the gym, the facilities that they offer especially the pool. Just so much to do and people are very friendly. I love how clean the place is as well. My trial ended and I decided to join the club today! Very happy Thanks to Jordan who helped me with my membership and any questions I had :)

Best gym around. Very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. They run amazing classes, have amazing food and definitely try the smoothies! The pool and sauna is nice, my fave is the hottub. The gym is large and well equipped.
