Spartans Gym Southampton

The best gym ever! I worked here for 3 years and it was the best experience of my life. The atmosphere is great and there is no judgement. I made so many friends during my time working there, and some of them are now like family to me. You will not find another gym like it!! The music was great (I got to dj haha) and still is now. Old school gym with certain equipment you won't find in other gyms. My mother owns the gym and is always polite to customers and always makes them feel welcome and helps them out. I know this because I worked alongside her for 3 years so if you get kicked out (which rarely happens) you're the one with the problem.

The boxing part is very rewarding and deserves alot of credit for what these lads do

Overall one of the best gyms in the area, you’d have to travel far to find another like it. By far the best equipment, atmosphere and full of friendly members, top environment to be pushing yourself in. Can really test your limits in this place.
