Bluebird Care Southampton

I have worked for bluebird care in Southampton for three years now. When I started three years ago I didn't know anything about care now it one of the best jobs I have ever had . The support is great from the other carers and also the office staff the training is also great and there always more training to be had if there something that you think you need to learn more about .

I love working for bluebird I’ve worked for a couple bad care companies and working here is so refreshing . I feel like as a career I’m heard and they are helping me progress . Mainly they are a* with making sure their clients are well looked after .

I have been working for Bluebird for around 18 months now and find them to be one of the best care providers in the Southampton and surrounding areas.They are well known for the good quality of care they provide to there customers and also to the local community. The support and training they give to the carers is outstanding. The office staff and management team are always very helpful and supportive and during these difficult times we have been in since covid have still made sure that the carers and customers get all the support required.

I wouldn’t want to work at any other company beside bluebird care . It has its carers at heart you get support from both team and management in good and difficult times . It provides the best quality care, friendly and companionship to the service users as well.
