Heart2Heart have been amazing in terms of support for my family and my Mum, who's declining rapidly with terminal brain cancer. They are such a lovely team of carers – no matter who comes along each day, they are always so kind with Mum (of course!) but also help support us as we go through this awful journey that was sprung on us at the start of this year. You can see that they all genuinely love caring for people and have already formed bonds with Mum; it's heartbreaking for us all to see her decline on an almost-daily basis. I wasn't sure what to expect when we realised we needed additional help with care for Mum, but can say that Heart2Heart, working closely with Oakhaven Hospice, have really helped me, my step-dad and my family, taking some of the worry away so that we can concentrate on being daughters and a husband to Mum again. It means she will be able (hopefully) to stay at home, which is what she wanted. Highly recommend this company and its team of absolutely lovely carers.

I needed to organise care for a relative & found Heart2Heart. They were extremely helpful & talked me through the available options, however the best part were the carers who were just brilliant. My very fussy relatives had nothing but praise for those that cared for them.
