My experiences with Nurseplus Southampton are unquantifiable. Firstly, their managerial team is made up of proactive personnels who at many instances have gone out of their ways to satisfy clients. There was an instance where a client's over agitation prompted 2 senior personnel to be called upon at 2 a.m and surprisingly they showed up in less than an hour., Not only did they showed up but ended up spending almost the whole night to support the night shift employee and ensure that the client was calm before they left. Vicky, Wendy, Sian Claire you guys are amazing. Keep up.

I worked for Nurse Plus Homecare for almost a year, the care they provide is second to none! The staff in the office are so considerate and caring towards the care staff, it’s extremely refreshing for that sort of environment! This reflects on the care provided to clients who in my experience were all very happy with the care being provided!

I have worked for nurse plus Southampton since 2015 as a domiciliary carer, the office staff have always been able to accommodate the hours I've requested over the years to fit around other commitments. They have supported me through further education to further my career in the care sector. I feel like a valued member of staff and I love my job 😀

Nurseplus has been a dream to work with, they have provided me with great opportunities when looking for establishments and homecare shifts. I have been working with them since last September and they have been nothing short of amazing. Flexible working with good rates of pay. Plenty of shifts available such as early, late and evening starts. The Manager, Support Workers team and Homecare team in the office are wonderful and always ready to help. Overall Nurseplus is a great agency to work and enjoying the freedom of flexibility when it comes to choosing various shifts.
